Delivery Information

Standard shipping charges are as follows:

UK Mainland - £6.90
Highlands, islands and Europe - £16.50
International - No shipping charge will be applied at the time of ordering, however we will contact you to confirm international charges which will then be applied to the order.

All orders are dispatched via courier (DPD);
UK mainland orders we aim to offer a next business day service where possible.
Highlands, Islands and Europe are dispatched on a 2 – 3 day service.

International orders delivery time is dependent on location.

When your parcel is shipped we will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don’t have to wait in all day for your parcels.

When a order is dispatched you will be notified by text or email of the 1 hour window in which the delivery is to be made.  If the delivery date is not convenient, you can use the text or email to change it.
